  1. My item arrived broken or damaged. What can I do?
  • We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please take photos of the damaged item and send them to us at support@aestheticsplaza.com. Once received, our team will assist you accordingly. Kindly notify us within 48 hours of package arrival. Please note that we are not responsible for any packaging damage, as it is the courier's responsibility to handle packages with care. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
  1. I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?
  • When you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses that we own. It is possible to receive one item before the others. Please be assured that all items will reach you in due course. No need to worry if you don't receive all items at once.
